USA SHIPPING : PupGearusa uses USPS ( United States Postal Service ) Processing takes 1-2 days & Shipping 2-4 days
(restocking 3-8 weeks ) Pick the delivery cost/speed to suit your needs. USA shipping is approx. $4 for 1 Shirt 1st class & $7.20 Priority.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping : We use USPS . Please allow 2-3 days for PROCESSING & 1-3 weeks for SHIPPING. Rates depend on destination. We ship in a plain package without any PupGear labels.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
All items (except jocks) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are only issued for a problem with the size , fault with the item and only for the same item. There is no cash back or credit for returns. Shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer and we pay the return cost. Shirts are Name Brand Standard USA Sizes 100% preshrunk cotton , but may still shrink a little over time ( especially if not washed/dried properly ) Order a shirt size you comfortably wear now ( See SIZE CHARTS )
Note USA sizes may be larger than in your country and for overseas returns you must pay for both return postage.

SECURITY : We do not store credit card information. Credit card information is processed through Amazon payment or Pay Pal (secure & trusted sites) If you do not have a Pay Pal account or don’t want to join Pay Pal , you can still pay using their site ( see PAYMENT PROCESS )
HOW TO ORDER :
Click on the item & add the quantity , CLICK “ADD TO CART” , after you have CHECKED your order , click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
Confirm your order , Complete shipping details & Payment. ( and you’re all done ! ) You will receive an email confirming your order & later we will update you on both the status of your order & it’s shipment.
PAYMENT PROCESS :
We accept Visa, MC , Amex & Bank cards with Amazon or Pay Pal. You do not need to JOIN PAY PAL to use it’s service , when directed to PAY PAL , click on “DON’T HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT” & you can pay without joining. We accept credit/debit cards by phone with SQUARE , Checks or E check. (check must clear before we ship) and can also send you a “MONEY REQUEST”
Creating an account is easy & saves time to checkout FASTER, store many shipping addresses and view/track orders.
VIEWING ORDERS : To view Orders login to your account & click on “Account” in the top control panel. This gives you access to info on recent orders
& to update your information.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFO. : To update account info , login to your “Account” with your EMAIL Address and PASSWORD.
If you have forgotten them follow the instructions & a new password or ID will be sent to you.
The Account Dashboard allows you to update your account information , address , newsletter & change passwords etc.
